I never knew that a film camera captured the Jungle Room sessions & relayed the visual out to the RCA vehicle parked out back !

Did this stuff get recorded ?

Have the recordings survived ?

In this programme, they appear to show black-and-white clips of things being set up, but nothing of Elvis !

These could be 'reconstructions', of course.

Yep - the prime giveaway is the bejewelled fingers on Elvis' guitar in very High Def - albeit B&W. Some of the other pics could be the set up crew for some other artists who also recorded in the Jungle Room.

But we do know [now] that a camera did capture CCTV 'visuals' & relay them to the RCA truck outside !

Wouldn't have been beyond the technology of the day to have recorded things !

In some way, I'm kinda glad EP did not record "Feelings". The song was too sappy & dull. Would've loved it if he had recorded "The Fire Down Below" (Bob Segar song). Thanks MM for this find.
