There's not much of Kissin' cousins in the vaults; two or three unedited tracks and mono/stereo versions. That's all.
May be FTD can release a few instrumental tracks from september 1963 but are we waiting for such tracks?

03 USA8 20700071 – There’s gold in the mountains
04 USA8 20700072 – One boy two little girls
05 USA8 20700073 – Catchin’ on fast

The third charaxter is the year of remastering 20700069.

These versions from 2007 are used on most releases after that year.

Thanks for the info!.

Still it could be better if they have the original tapes vocals & instruments and create new masters! 8-).

I am very surprised that FTD hasn't tapped more into the TTWII rehearsals. Yes, we have had discs of them in the 3CD and 10 disc TTWII sets, but in both cases the emphasis was on the novelty items rather than hearing Elvis actually hard at work. The fact that Brightest Star on Sunset Boulevard bootleg is still the best representation of this element of the rehearsals is very strange indeed.

Sony has been terrible in representing rehearsals.
the boots have done a great job.
With these rehearsals, I prefer uncut, as Elvis changes his mind and goes from one idea to the next.
Sony will cherry pick things and the next thing you know is a rehearsal will have songs spread out over 4 or 5 different projects.
