Tom Weaver Interviews with James Drury, Jeremy Slate, Will Hutchins and Marlyn Mason

Postby HillbillyCat » Tue Nov 21, 2023 9:04 pm

A few days ago, four in-depth interviews conducted by Tom Weaver with co-stars from Elvis films were republished on qctimes.com after their initial publication in 2021 and 2022. I think they are really worth reading. So for all those who don't know these interviews yet, or want to read them again:

James Drury on Elvis and Love Me Tender (1956) By Tom Weaver

Jeremy Slate on Elvis Presley An Interview by Tom Weaver

Will Hutchins on Elvis, Spinout (1966) and Clambake (1967) An Interview by Tom Weaver

Marlyn Mason with Elvis in The Trouble with Girls

Interesting. I met Marlyn Mason years ago when she was a guest on the Dwight Icenhouwer Elvis tribute show and we talked about all sorts of things but Elvis.
