No problem with that, except she used to make me do them with her !

Funny you should mention about working out as I have a two hour morning appointment each thursdays starting 10 am, coming up with other patients who've either been through open hearts surgery or awaiting one. It's been quite amazing to find, learn and use so many fitness appliances.

Yeah along with regular blood pressure check ups. I am somewhat restricted as i am still carrying a left shoulder rotary cuff injury (after 9 months). I am due soon for a third steroid injection either on the muscle or the shoulder itself.
