These are the jokes, John !

Yes I know.

I know that you know.

I didn't know I knew.

What I was trying to convey was that I questioned Billy, then I saw that Colin had replied elsewhere, so I didn't want to take the credit of being first so I acknowledged that Colin was first and I saw that he was joking on the second.....ah, anyway.

What it boils down to is that, if you've had an error pointed out in a photo caption in a thread, there's not much point in then
re-posting the pic in this Spot The Error thread, which would be inviting posters to solve something already solved in the first thread and............ further more...........um............what was the question again ?

Priscilla's useless brother-in-law, Gary Hovey sounds proud that he nobbled Elvis' chances of winning the
Top Song of the Twentieth Century award !

To add insult to injury, he's made an error in his statement as well !

Who sang 'If I COULD Dream''?
Anyway, a ridiculous decision by Gary Hovey.

Jackie Kennedy - Quote.JPG

Not sure who the photo is of, but she was never the US First Lady referred to in the text !

Here's the real one [who was born & died on the dates shown]:

Boy from Tupelo.jpg

TonyS - They must be thinking of the UK release: The Elvis Presley Sun Collection, a 16-track album issued in July, 1975.

Maybe the US release was in 1976...

I'm thinking of THE SUN COLLECTION from U.K. 1975, that WAS the 'first proper place' not THE SUN SESSIONS from the USA in 1976 that they are talking about. Using their words within the context of 'the first proper place' and no particular country mentioned they are incorrect.
Still, that's the only error that jumped out at me .... unlike the rear of the Rolling Stone 7" vinyl from Germany.... OH DEAR OH DEAR. ;-)

Talking of errors, I got the title of the UK album correct: The Elvis Presley Sun Collection...
