I stumbled upon it when 'surfing' the net.

It could be on the DVD special edition, but I don't actually remember it !

Yes Colin its on on 2006 single dvd release as Steamroller Blues has kindly stated

_Its Trouble _Guitar man routine as opening song segment of show _
This is when he is out of breath doing the song -he stumbles and nearly falls of stage - lol -
