Any elvis biopic where the actor who portrays Jerry Schilling is 30x more attractive than the actor who portrays elvis is wrong from the start.
Besides, I am tired of the mumbling elvis speech pattern made public by imitators in every persons mind by now.
Elvis speaking voice was never that over the top mumbling "thank you, thank you very much" attitude.

Elvis the impersonator image is way more known than the real elvis. And that applies for the elvis voice unfortunately too.
I cringe every time even movie stars imitate elvis.
Yes, even tom Hanks on the Letterman clip did fall that trap and makes elvis looking like an idiot with that fake elvis accent.

A bit of fun - perfect comedic timing.

I think that the best Elvis "fun" impersonation, and it was probably a "mate" thing, for a gag to stir Elvis, and to entertain; was Glen Campbell's over the top full of humour, "take the miccy out", impersonation. Glen was funny, full of humour, relaxed, himself, portraying Elvis, probably waiting for the phone call........ lol
