To me it really doesnt matter if the source was original cassette,FTD or bootleg as they all came from a soundboard mono source and im really impressed what they achived regarding sound upgrade.

I agree because the bottom line is who is putting out the better end product.

If MRS is able to achieve a certain level of sound quality, why isn't FTD able to at least put out sound quality as good?

After all they are working from the original source material.

My guess is that FTD label wanna spend as little money as possible on the soundboard audio
before release,they dont even bother to fix the speed issues in many cases :(
They know that collectors buy the soundboard releases anyway…..
