The 4-LP-set "Worldwide gold award hits, volume 1" LPM-6401 has a photo-booklet enclosed.
I found 2 slightly different designs.
Was one with the LP-box and one sold at concerts or an extra with another release?
One has text top right, which on the other version is bottom right.

There was also a version with "$1.00" printed on the cover, sold on tours in 1970.
