It's hard to believe it's never been used again anywhere in that form. I can't the see the point in having released it the first time around, but once they put it out, they could have included it on the "Love Me Tender" FTD, for example, which was so short of rare stuff.

How I hate arbitrariness.

Personally I don't know why they released it in the first place. What was the point? Hell, they could isolate hundreds of vocal tracks over the years.

I don't mind Charlie. I think he was OK. Reduce the aeroplane noises though, that was real crap.

Yes, on a lot of 'live' recordings the bass vocals generally are simply too prominent !
