He's playing the opening piano figure, I believe.

Amazing. Do you know who that is singing "I'm Beginning To Forget You"? Keith's site doesn't say who it is.

Sounds like Vernon to me.

There's definitely an Elvis singing one or two liner of Such A Night. I'll get around to it here. Out of town..hard to get on the net for next week or so. Will try to make time. :)

Wow....isn't there a brand new song on it (complete and in good quality) where Elvis is singing something like "won't you send me your picture "????????
That is the real sensation.
Why it wasn't released on ftd??
And his hand in mine on guitar in real good quality....wow....iam flipping.

First on Phoenix...carpenter must get green of envy.
Those are the songs from that list that Ernst only had supposed as a list (not tape) in his book.
Would love to hear the whole tapes...
I always loved the homerecordings...
Would love to hear the whole tapes...

And now I know why the two version of Loving You we've had officially are different.
Both are edited differently due to 'our boy' being a little rude changing the lyrics.
Juan, a BIG thank you.

Wow....i this is truly outstanding......pleaaasee more...

And Return to me.........it is existing!,,,,,,,,,,

Are you lonesome tonight from that year too!!
This is the sensation of the decade for me.......it really is....
And all that in listenable/good quality.

Thank you Juan Luis for the downloads - Amazing, just amazing!

It appears that Ernst listed this tape (Side B Army (Guitar Reel) (reversed to play) (Max Tres 15.0 & imput -5.0).wav) in his book A Life In Music (page 117), but then later discounted it as not being Elvis singing on it. Well, it certainly sounds to be Elvis singing to me!

He Knows Just What I Need
Cool Water
His Hand In Mine
Young Love
Return To Me
Are You Lonesome Tonight?
Stand By Me
Just A Closer Walk With thee
Take My Hand, Precious Lord
Oh, Lonesome Me

Also, the tape you have (Side B Army (Piano Reel) (Max Tres 15.00 Imput -5.0).wav) seems to continue on from where Reel 1 finishes, with 'Send Me Some Lovin'.

The other tape (Side A Army (Guitar Reel) (Max Tres 15.0 & Imput -5.0).wav) is Reel 2, which I have the detailed breakdown of it on my web site.

Thanks again for sharing!
