Thanks Mister Moon for this addition; I use the search button but I don't dig very deep into old posts on this forum. It can happen a song is listed in the past here, but it's good a song got attention twice instead of been forgotten!!

Elvis' version to my ears is terrible.

It's Clyde all the way.

Recorded at the 1966 sessions for the How Great Thou Art album, this song, along with Fools Fall In Love, made a welcome return to songs with a beat.

But there was something lacking in his renditions of these two secular songs...

Yes, what lacked was Felton Jarvis' production values.

The 1966 recording sessions [mainly for the How Great Thou Art album] were the first Elvis ones produced by Felton Jarvis.

In many ways, these were a turning point in our boy's musical career...
