According to the site of David Neale the original version is recorded with the title "Solamente una vez" in 1941 by Manuelita Arriola con la Orquesta Juan S. Garrido (Peerless 1996).

It is indeed "Solamente una vez" and many artists have recorded it with this title. I have a version by Cliff Richard on his When In Spain album and another by Julio Iglesias.
