Well, that's the photo, but she isn't 'some obscure starlet' !
And here's another one:
She's Regina Carrol who had a film career from 1959 to 1983, 24 films in all, albeit mostly small roles.
The IMDb site list Viva Las Vegas as her only film with Elvis.
She was born in 1943 & died in 1992 from cancer when aged 49.
