Well, yes Jupiter it does say that in the A Boy From Tupelo book on page 282 .

My photo is tagged with the 6th February 1955 date, but at South Side Elementary School, Bastrop, Louisiana !

I'll give it to both HillbillyCat & Jupiter !

However, he is dressed the same as he was for 6th February, 1955 in North Hall Auditorium, Memphis.

That would mean HillbillyCat was right & Ernst got it wrong in the book !

My pic is also tagged with the wrong location.

Yes, I think the information in the book is incorrect and the photo was actually taken backstage at Ellis Auditorium in Memphis TN. For one thing, the backstage photos (there's a second one) match the on-stage photos that day and for another, it looks to me like the backstage area of a concert hall and not of the gym of a high school where students mainly play sports and where there is no actual permanently installed "stage", that had to be pointed out with a sign on the wall.
