'The 50 Greatest Hits' album enjoyed 150 weeks on the chart, ending its last run on 3rd March, 2022 having risen 11 places to No.52 that week.
It then disappeared from the Top 100 albums chart altogether, never to be seen again.
'Elv1s - 30 Number 1 Hits', suddenly re-appeared the very next week, after a 5-year absence, replacing 'The 50 Greatest Hits' at No.53.
How convenient to have just one Elvis album in the Top 100 at a time !

I couldn't agree more. I suspect Elvis' Record Company occasionally decides to replace current chart albums with ones they think will sell better.
They appear to have done this with Michael Jackson's 'No.1 Hits' with 'The Essential' which is doing better.

Isn't that.............. err.............. 'cheating' ?
Surely it's the chart company who should identify & monitor which album earns a place in the chart ?
Not the record company !
